Hotel Spakenburg
Welcome to the website of our apartment hotel “Hotel-Spakenburg”.
Hotel-Spakenburg offers accommodation for business people and expats who need accommodation for at least 1 month or longer. Our apartments are fully upholstered and furnished and have a washer and dryer. Each apartment has a storage room of approximately 6 m-2.
The hotel offers apartments with 2 bedrooms (approximately 85m-2) and 1 bedroom (approximately 65m-2).
The accommodation rates are:
2 room app: 1,200 per month
3 room app: 1,450 per month
This includes:
- Heating and cooling (approximately 165 per month);
- Internet & Ziggo television (about 75 per month);
- Service costs (approximately 75 per month);
- Ozb, household waste tax and the like (about 35 per month) (unless you register locally).
Converted to net, the accommodation costs amount to 850 or 1,050 per month.
Possibly bed linen and towels can be rented at 35, – per month.
If required, we carry out cleaning services. 1 x per week including bed change and fresh towels = 65, – per week. Once every 2 weeks = 75, – per 2 weeks.
